Oscar Comes to Boston
February 22, 2009!
PARTY LIKE A STAR You've watched the Oscars telecast before but never like
this -- in black-tie style while helping women and families fight breast cancer.
The Ellie Fund hosts the only Oscars party in Massachusetts officially sanctioned by
the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, which means Hollywood is coming to
Boston for you to enjoy. (Click here for this year's nominations.)
But this is no ordinary party! All funds raised by the event support The Ellie Fund's
Care for the Caregiver program, which provides transportation to medical
appointments, childcare, housekeeping and meals free of charge for more than 600
women and families across Massachusetts each year.
Please join us for this special evening. Your participation will help provide hope,
resources and care to women and families who need our support now more than ever.
